A fantastic location made exploring the city easy, with a cozy room that provided a restful retreat. The staff demonstrated impressive friendliness and were always ready to assist. However, the room was in need of a renovation, as the décor felt outdated and there were minor inconveniences like a faulty shower light. I appreciated the hot water pressure and the attention to cleanliness, which made my stay overall comfortable and pleasant.

Fantastic Location and Comfortable Stay
I had a wonderful time exploring the city, thanks to the hotel's fantastic location which allowed easy access to major attractions. Had to stay for a few days, but found a nice surprise with the upgraded room on the 6th floor, it was spacious and quiet, totally saved my stay from going downhill. The staff here were genuinely friendly, they even surprised me with extra toiletries without asking.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but still reasonable given the circumstances.

I loved the location! It was just a short walk to Newbury Street and the Prudential Center. The room was comfortable, but the gym was way too small for a good workout. Overall, a solid stay! 😊

The comfy beds and friendly staff were a real plus. Just a heads up, the guest kitchen and gym were nice touches! Definitely check out the fun dining spots around. they offer great vibes.
We ran into some issues with a non-working Netflix due to network problems during our stay. That was a bit disappointing, considering the price we paid.

The stay in the queen room was generally positive, highlighted by the friendly staff who remembered my name, a comfortable bed, and a pleasant shower experience. However, the room decor felt outdated, and I noticed a faint smell that was off-putting at first. Additionally, some minor maintenance issues, like a noisy shower light and a refrigerator that wasn't level, detracted from the overall experience.
